Accessing our website www.valueminer.eu, your IP-Adress, access-time, name and URL of accessed file, Referrer-URL, used Browser, system software and the name of your access-Provider are safed temporarily automatically in a Logfile. We use this data in order to provide you a smooth connection to our homepage. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. GDPR.

8. Objection against advertising mails and spam mails
Due to the legal imprint obligation we have to publish our contact data. These are partially abused by third parties for sending unauthorized and unwanted advertising and other information to us. With immediate effect, we hereby disagree with the transmission of advertising material of any kind which we have not explicitly authorized. We reserve legal action against unauthorized advertisement. The sending of unauthorized advertising can affect not only competition law but also civil and criminal offenses and lead to claims for damages.
