Our company history.
After more than 25 years as C-level business consultants, watching medium and large companies across various industries and continents struggle with the same outdated systems and management inefficiencies, our founders thought there had to be a more efficient way to handle it.
Driven by this idea, they set out to create the ultimate digital tool for managers. In 2014, their common aspiration took shape in the form of ValueMiner, a vision to bring AI-powered management processes to clients all over the world. Turning this vision into a platform was not easy, but with the right people nothing is impossible.
Michael Weber (CTO) a unique combination of brain, heart and coding, came soon into the picture, replaced most of what was there and built an architecture to last. In 2016, Alexandra Höhne joined ValueMiner and was in 2022 introduced to the Executive Board as COO. Coming from an entrepreneurial background managing comes easy to this incredible young professional.
At the heart of ValueMiner lies the proprietary graph database, and our founder and CEO’s belief, Robert Schiermeier, that our world is a graph and not a table. Aren´t we a living, breathing network of interlinked nodes representing our capabilities, families, friends?
In a business context, our proprietary graph database, a game-changer in the industry, allows the platform to connect and analyze the connections between your assets, projects, and processes, creating a digital twin of the business at management level.
